Here we go again. This acc Xonada is a secondary account of Cafune, which he used to play CS2, as far as I know he joined zozo with this acc, and after some time he gave Piers this acc for the status prime in CS2. I dont understand what Cafune has to do with all this, Piers is free of doing whatever he wants, Cafune has nothing to do with it.
You did the same the last tournament, didn't allow him to play, your reason: "Cafune is a suspicious player, we have proof", I talked with you and I asked you to let me see the "proof" but you refused and said that it was confidential information, almost 2 years passed and nothing happened with Cafune, so it was for nothing, and these "proofs" never came to public as far as I know, for some reason, some obvious reason.
I ask Tasty to consider his participation in the tournament, imho this is not fair.
I don't know the situation with Night in core-ss (another server) but the rules about demos are clear, to see if someone suspicious is cheating in tournament matches, if not, then why asking for demos? God only knows.
 
I just logged in right now, I am most certainly not banned on core-ss, I will share the explnation video later for you to better understand as you have clearly done no research about it and don't have any communication with core-ss admins.

So clearly this situation has been handled without proper verification.


The ban being referenced was issued on Core-SS server and is not related to cheating. It’s a known false positive caused by routing through ExitLag (Ping reducing software). When I or anyone connect using a Russian route via Exitlag, the system instantly bans. When switched to a German route or any other route, I can play normally. Same account, same PC, same setup. The only variable is the route.

The Core-SS admins are already aware of this issue with ExitLag triggering bans on certain routes.

Using that ban as evidence without checking the context or confirming with the Core-SS admins is a clear mistake on your end.

I’ve attached video proof demonstrating exactly how this happens step by step. The evidence clearly shows this is a routing-related false positive, not cheating.

Лично у меня вопросов к игроку Nox нет. К игроку Cafune не могу дать однозначного ответа, поскольку нет никаких данных по его случаю. Этот вопрос лучше решать с администрацией. Если вопрос будет закрыт, то игрок будет допущен к участию

It is not required to communicate with the Administration Staff of any Project, as the applied bans monitoring system is autonomous and must be capable of providing all the necessary information upon request: ZoZo, Core-SS, SyncZone, Alliance etc.

The Core-SS ban monitoring system clearly displays a player’s SteamID, ban date, ban duration and ban reason, according to which you must be permanently banned for cheating.

But alright, since we clarified both the process and the reason for the ban (for which I am sincerely grateful, as it has provided additional insight), in this case, your ban status should be updated to "unbanned" or "resolved / clarified" rather than appearing as active and valid — especially given such a serious reason, which raises significant concerns about the player and negatively affects their reputation.

Otherwise, such a source of important information cannot be considered reliable, while it is expected to be.
Since this relates to the monitoring system of another Project, I leave this matter for its Administration to decide.

Does not correspond to reality. If you intend to reference details from a private conversation, you must do that in full, not selectively and not merely to support the context of your single, situational message.

As the Captain of your team — for which you are responsible — you were asked to decide for yourself whether Cafune will participate or not.

In the meantime, from the Administration’s perspective, Cafune was allowed to participate, subject to certain conditions and closer attention of his specific participation.

However, based on the information you received, you decided on your own to suspend his participation.
Consequently, the final decision was made not by the Administration, but by you.

From now on, I personally recommend you to carefully verify all your arguments, statements and claims. You are not supposed to naively assume that you are allowed to engage in confrontational dialogue with the Administration by making empty and unsubstantiated claims, as I simply do not have time to reasonably challenge all this nonsense.

Correct. Since the moment we received the evidences — that, as I mentioned, coincided in time with your team’s registration — about two months have passed, during which the evidences were actively reviewed and verified.

Correct. The final conclusion of the Cafune investigation was — to set him free and allow to continue participating, as despite the seriousness of the evidence presented, it — paradoxically — did not prove his guilt. Consequently, there was no reason to ban the player or restrict his participation in tournaments.

Moderation verifications are conducted infront of your eyes, step by step, from team to team.
As no one can predict future developments, there was no basis to reject Cafune’s participation up to that point.

First, I would like to thank you for providing a confirmation that Cafune, in fact, did engage in account exchange with a previously banned player. I consider this to be an even stronger justification not only for his disqualification from the tournament, but also for a permanent ban.

Second, the fact that your player is now systematically excluded from participating in tournaments is not the fault of the Administration, but rather a consequence of the player’s own actions as described above.

Third, as of this post, 84 players registered for the tournament have successfully passed moderation, and not a single verified participant has any connection whatsoever to Piers — not even the players who failed moderation.

Literally not a single player, with the exception of Сafune.
Doesn’t that seem strange to you? Personally, I think it doesn’t seem strange to you for some reason, some obvious reason.

Now, following the same logic, you could try to bring Piers in here for the tournament for 10 times over the next 10 years in a row, and afterwards come back and complain that you have been rejected. The problem lies not with the Administration, but with the player himself, as well as the consequences of his own conscious actions (or with you, in case if you do not understand any of the human languages available to you).

Indeed. As of now, you are considered to have been informed of Cafune’s disqualification from this tournament due to the details indicated above.

Same as Captain Obito did, you may replace the disqualified participant, wait for the positive moderation results and participate calmly.

Alternatively, you may demonstratively withdraw yourself from the tournament, disband your team or transfer the captaincy to another participant.
Right as before, the decision is yours.

После небольшой дискуссии с капитанами команд, было принято решение внести небольшие корректировки в распределении команд в турнирной сетке в зависимости от уровня игроков. В группу А вошли команды: Motherfraggers, Bikini Bottom, Thunder и Legacy. В группу B вошли такие команды как Shadow Warriors, Quick Shot, Skill Knows Ladies и Enemy Ticket Killers.
В турнирной сетке команды расположены следующим образом. Группа А занимает верхние 4 строчки, группа B - нижние 4 строчки. Таким образом команды из группы А и B встретятся только в финалах нижней и верхней сетки. В качестве компенсации, по окончании турнира командам из группы А будут начислены дополнительные награды, вне зависимости от результата матчей.
Окончательная сетка турнира будет определена после жеребьевки на прямой трансляции Twitch 8 апреля в 19:00 по МСК:


У команды Legacy еще есть время решить вопрос с составом игроков. Ввиду того, что укомплектовать состав команды Boomers в срок не удалось, ниже будет представлен список игроков, желающих принять участие в турнире

От себя в призовой фонд я внесу 10.000 на выдачу наград. Хотелось бы больше, но ЗП и кредит не позволяет. Помимо этого в этот фонд будут внесены все донаты зрителей во время проведения матчей. Чем больше соберем - тем больше игроков смогут получить ценные призы. Официальных спонсоров у этого турнира нет, играем чисто для себя ради спортивного интереса. Выдача наград в данном случае лишь приятный бонус, но никак не главная цель всего мероприятия. Надеюсь этот вопрос закрыт
