in steam just log in , no steam jum i guess you need the same pc . i mean this https://stats.zozo.gg/hlstats.php?mode=playerinfo&player=3182879 , i think can buy the game and ask for pass points for steam account from the no steam account. here https://forum.zozo.gg/threads/17/page-76#post-54536
