I have to buy left 4 dead, but i cant to play or buy it

Since yesterday I have been trying to play and I could not because of the error.

The first error asked me for a specific file and I searched for it and added it and then another error appeared as shown in the picture.

I downloaded the game from the site here zozo.gg
My pc is Windows 11


In the end, I gave up and went to Steam to buy it, but I couldn't buy the game either, maybe because I'm in Russia right now.
I got this message as shown in the picture

How can I buy the game? Or if someone agrees to buy the game for me and send it as a gift and I will pay before you buy it and I will send more than the price of the game as well.

Or is there a solution?
