On your screenshots i see two different transactions in TRX system for ~540rub and third for 375rub on morune.com screen.

Здравствуйте! Проблемы с hxl id. Номер 2821459 ник Joni. Переустановил винду, соответственно игру. Стима нет. Игра пиратка. Оплатил вип зашёл в игру не смог включить вип. Что делать? Как быть?

Каждая новая установка пиратского клиента создаёт новый SteamID. Поэтому профиль в статистике тоже новый.
Старый профиль: 2821459
Новый профиль: 3498582

Скоро в Steam'е будет распродажа (как минимум весенняя в марте) — желательно купить на ней L4D2 (77р) и перенести статистику на него.
Перенос статистики с пиратки на пиратку не предусмотрен.
С VIP-бонусами постараемся разобраться.
