How can i transfer medkit or piles??

Hold E (use key) and press RMB (shove key) while holding the item you want to transfer, then choose the player you want to transfer the item to.

You can transfer medkits, pills, adrenalines, pipe-bombs, bile jars and molotovs, but not defibrillators or explosive/incendiary ammo.
Note that there are cooldowns for this feature.
